Sunscreens: Dr. Meisenheimer's recommendations
Any of the below sunscreens are fine to use. Because
personal preferences vary you may
need to try several different sunscreens
before you find the brand which has the right feel and fragrance for you. Click
on any link to view the product. Remember the most important aspect of
sunscreen use is "use them with consistency and reapply frequently".
Dr. M.
We have two sunscreen products available (Skinceuticals) at the office. I use these myself for daily wear and sporting activities. They are odorless and don't leave a heavy film on the skin. We have these available only in the office. The other suncreens can be purchased off the web store.
Available only in the office.

photo-sensitive skin. Not only does it block UVB rays but it has good UVA
blocking as well.

activities.
For Kids "Applying sunscreens to kids is like climbing Everest, you might not always reach the summit, but at least you made the attempt" Dr. M.
Daily Wear "It's far easier (and less expensive) to prevent sun damage than asking me to try to reverse it later" Dr. M.
Swimming or Sports "I'd hate to wear a sunscreen that says it burns your eyes because the ones that don't burn seem to hurt like heck" Dr. M.
